Certification in accordance with NEN-EN 15038 standard

The qualify assurance system of Metamorfose Vertalingen has been officially certified in accordance with the NEN-EN 15038 standard since January 2012. This standard for translation services is issued by NEN, the Netherlands Standardisation Institute, which is a partner in the international development of European (CEN) and worldwide (ISO) quality standards.

The certification signifies official approval of our quality control system, and confirms that our procedures and resources are suitable to ensure translation and editing services of excellent quality. In addition, the NEN certificate confirms that Metamorfose has set up its business processes in such a way as to ensure that the quality assurance procedures are actually used in practice.

These two crucial elements – solid quality assurance procedures and the guarantee that they are actually complied with – provide assurance to customers that Metamorfose does everything within its power to deliver high-quality translations and safeguard smooth service delivery processes.
