Last month Metamorfose Vertalingen was granted its official quality certificate for the third year in a row. Every year Metamorfose has its internal procedures and quality assurance systems tested against the Dutch certification standard NEN.
The inspection was conducted by KIWA, an accredited certification body and one of the leaders in this field. The KIWA inspectors examined whether Metamorfose has an intelligent and carefully documented quality policy in place, whether its own translators and all other employees are aware of that policy and whether Metamorfose actually puts it into practice.
During their visit the KIWA inspectors studied the internal company procedures which are to ensure that Metamorfose lives up to the commitments in its Quality Assurance Manual and the pledges it makes to its clients. To that end they conducted interviews with Metamorfose employees and analysed the response to clients‘ feedback by those in charge. The findings were tested against the criteria laid down in the NEN standard for translation agencies.
As in previous years, Metamorfose passed the test with flying colours . This independent audit confirms that Metamorfose Vertalingen has taken every reasonable measure to assure its clients of high-quality products and effective services.
